Review: Maybelline Hypercurl Volum' Express Mascara

Maybelline Hypercurl Volum' Express Mascara has been in the market for quite a while now and finally I was able to get my hand on this product and do a review. I've been using this mascara for a month now and here's my honest review about this product.

Here's what the packaging looks like. Nothing too special, it's in a plastic metallic-ish black and pink tube

Here's another look of the product

I got mine in the shade Very Black

Now, let's move on to the wand. It has a curved wand with dense thick bristle which claims to give volume to the lashes.

This is what my lashes looks like when I applied a single coat of mascara (please excuse my ungroomed brows). As you can see, my lashes are long but they are thin. When I applied the product it gives my lashes an extra oomph and it made my other eye look more awake.

This mascara is more on the creamy but not too wet formula. It held my lashes well and gives that volume that I want. It is also waterproof and can't easily be removed by ordinary wet wipes.

Original Price: ₱249
Sale Price: ₱199
Store: Any Watson's/ Maybelline Store
Available Shades: I think there's only 1

- Very Affordable
- Gives Volume and length
- Wand is curved and dense which is good to give volume
- It also lengthens the lashes
- Creamy formulation
- Waterproof
- Buildable
- Longevity is good

- So far none

This mascara is great for everyday and I am satisfied with the effect that it gives on my lashes. I highly recommend this product. Let me know in the comment section if you already tried this mascara.

  1. My favorite mascara! For me it's a magic mascara, really works for me. After I applied Maybelline mascara, nakakahaba ng lashes the more I applied the longer the lashes. Careful na to overdo it kc nagbububuo. I super love it! Kaso mahirap sya tanggalin

    1. Glad to know that you also love this mascara :) yes true mahirap siya iremove kaya I use oil base makeup remover :) Thanks for dropping by and for reading my review :) I appreciate it :)

  2. Hii SassyRainbow any recommendation oil base make up remover brand?

    1. Hello dear! I recommend Bioré Cleansing Oil. You can find it at watsons or on any beauty section at sm or landmark. :)
